Welcome to Social Studio.


These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services. By subscribing to our packages or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Scope

1.1. We provide social media design services only. We do not manage, schedule, or post content on clients' social media platforms.


1.2. Our designs are tailored to align with the client’s brand visual style based on the references and guidelines provided.


1.3. The subscription includes only the design files (JPEG, PNG, MP4, or other agreed formats). Source files (PSD, AI, etc.) will not be provided unless agreed upon separately.

2. Subscription Packages & Pricing

2.1. We offer three monthly subscription plans:

  • Starter Monthly – ₹4,500

  • Pro Monthly – ₹10,000

  • Max Monthly – ₹16,500

2.2. All payments are made in advance and are non-refundable once the design process has started.


2.3. Pricing may be subject to revisions with prior notice.

3. Design Process & Revisions

3.1. Clients must provide clear brand guidelines, content, and references before we start designing.


3.2. Each package includes a fixed number of designs per month as per the plan.


3.3. Revisions Policy:

  • Minor revisions (color, font, layout tweaks) are allowed as per the package limits.

  • Major changes or additional designs beyond the package limit may be charged separately.

3.4. All designs will be delivered within the agreed turnaround time, typically within 2-5 working days per request.

4. Stock Footage, Videos & Music

4.1. We use licensed stock images, videos, and music in designs, and clients are not charged extra for them.


4.2. Clients cannot resell or redistribute the designs as templates or for any third-party commercial use.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

5.1. The final designs provided to the client can be used exclusively for their social media platforms.


5.2. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6 Communication & Support

7.1. All communication regarding design requests and revisions must be made via email or designated project management tools.


7.2. Support is available during business hours (IST).
