Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Payments

1.1. All subscriptions are billed in advance.
1.2. By subscribing, you authorize Social Studio to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

2. Cancellation

2.1. You may cancel your subscription anytime before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
2.2. Cancellation requests must be made through email or your account dashboard.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Due to the nature of our design services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3.2. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, no partial refunds will be provided.
3.3. If there is a billing error, please contact our support team, and we will investigate promptly.

4. Changes to Subscription Plans

4.1. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
4.2. Plan changes will apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Termination by Social Studio

5.1. We reserve the right to terminate services if misuse, breach of terms, or payment failures occur.
5.2. No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to violations of our terms.
